I used to judge my desire to be seen, to be featured in magazines, to be in the spotlight...

Until I realised that my desires are the key that unlocks my next aligned action. My desires are my divine GPS system. When I allow myself to say yes to my soul guidance, I open up to the incredible life that’s waiting.

I have now been featured on LadyBoss Asia, This Women Can and has been seen on ABC, CBS, Fox, etc. Last week, I was featured in the Empowerment Special Women Feature on EZ magazine.

Nothing magical is going to happen by ignoring your desires, pushing them down deep and hiding them away.

You have them for a reason, tune into what your soul desires are and start saying YES!

Feeling disconnected from your desires? Not sure how to hear them or know the aligned actions your soul is calling you to take?

Here is an exercise I learned from Rose Gold Goddesses to share with you: Current Self vs. Highest Self Exercise

- Get a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle
- One side says Current self, the other says Highest Self
- Current self: Draw a picture of you right now (literal or figurative), then add words around the picture, can be positive or things you'd like to change about your current self
- Highest self: Create a picture of you embodying your evolution and surround it with the things that you desire to cultivate growth. 1 year from now, 1 month from now, or in general.
- Compare the two sides to assess where you need to focus your energy to become closer to your highest self.
