A premium brand image signals your commitment to exceptional quality, assuring luxury clients that their investment in your business will be worthwhile. They will form their first impression within the first 7 seconds when they see your brand image and presence. If your brand image doesn’t signal premium quality this one time your potential affluent client sees it, they’re going to be repelled by it and will see your business and service as not high-end.
When my high-end clients come to me, one of the first things they mention to me all the time is my brand image and online presence exudes and screams luxury and premium and that’s exactly what they are seeking.
